Well.

So here I am. My co-editor and I have decided it might be fun for me to have a go at this ultra-personal medium called blogging, though I still have my misgivings. Personally, I find it rather loathesome have to constantly be entertaining, though my fellow bloggers seem to be doing a fine job.

I'm also worried that this particular format will lend itself to so much back-scratching and introspection I won't know what to do with myself. So let's lay out a few ground rules.

1) I will not write about my job. Seems a good way to get in trouble, and is to be avoided.

2) I will not talk about my love life. B/c it is no one's damn business.

3) I will not talk about my family. Again, b.i.i.n.o.d.b.

4) I reserve the write to retro-edit past entries. So, if it turns out that a year from now I want to become more of a recluse, and don't want people reading every passing fancy I had back in 2003, then this whole thing is going vapor. Read it while it lasts.

That actually leaves precious little to talk about, other than general bitching and moaning. Which, actually, is mostly what I talk about anyway.

Okay. Great. Next entry we start on the grand and long list of things that piss me off.
