Well, I meant to write everyday. I meant to make a list of all the things I can't stand about the New York Yankees. And most of all I meant to prove myself wrong and write, write, write! And then I ended up dog sitting Sunday night, and I couldn't go upstairs to the computer and bang outta blog because the dog can't climb wooden stairs, and if I left her downstairs she woulda whined and my cat maybe would've eaten her.

So I didn't write every day. Big deal. But I did come up with a list of things I hate about the Yankees. Here's a partial list:

George Steinbrenner, Red Ruffing, Bucky F. Dent, Reggie Jackson, A-Rod, Graig 'Don't Call Me Craig' Nettles, Karim Garcia, the fact that the Kansas City Athletics was for all intents and purposes a farm league team for the Yankees in the 1950s, Joe DiMaggio, the steroid pumpers, ruining Bill Lee's career, Roger Clemens, Wade Boggs, Derek Jeter, Aaron F. Boone, and just for the hell of it, Don Zimmer. Zim's an easy target. In fact, the three Red Sox on the list are all easy targets (with Ruffing being the exception).

OK, I'm tired. More some other time.
