OK, so, this month has been very trying, but I seem to be making progress in my life, generally.

For instance, today I went to the grocery store to buy junk food:
- a bag of frozen vegetables (not fresh, the horror!)
- a can of baked beans, low fat (with the sauce already mixed in, as if.)
- couscous (you know, that's like not actually a whole grain, it's a pasta.)
- fruit
- whole wheat bread.

And I actually thought it was junk food at the time I was buying it.

What the heck do I eat the rest of the time?
