How weird is this: some people have actually reviewed my book.

The first guy, adead_poet@hotmail.com, I'm positive I sent a copy to way back when I was trying to promote it. But the other two I have no idea. Did they get some freebies when I mailed like fifty to Amazon reviewers? But one of the reviews is dated April of 2005: that would be about twoyears after I mailed the freebie. I've reviewed books, and two years seems a like a bit of an excessive lag.

How did he even get a copy of it? Off of Amazon? Considering that my records indicate I've sold a grand total of 1 copes of FYM so far this year, that's one hell of a hit rate. BTW, I've sold 50 copies of The Kabbalah Killings, which is also not so bad considering I haven't done any P&R nor marketing in 2005.

Back to the main point, where are these people finding FYM?

Could it be that they actually bought it off of Amazon, got it in the mail, read it, liked it and reviewed it? That goes against everything I've ever learned about how these things should work; how cool is that?!?

Frustrated Young Men: ranked 2,390,177 in sales by Amazon and climbing!
